Shipping
Shipping prices are estimated by my website and shop host, Fourthwall. Prices vary depending on distance and will be calculated at checkout. All handmade art pieces are shipped from Canada.
Each piece is packed with care, so please allow 3–5 business days for processing and packaging before your order ships. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Canadian Orders
Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after shipping.
International Orders
Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most international orders arrive within 1–3 weeks after shipping.
Duties, taxes, tariffs, and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout when applicable. Please note that customs processing times may occasionally cause delays outside of my control.

Orders from the United States
Most handmade artwork can enter the United States duty-free, though customs policies, tariffs, and import regulations may occasionally change.
Any duties, tariffs, taxes, or customs fees charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer. Luna Fawn Studio is unable to predict or pre-pay any additional customs charges or fees that may apply.
Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
All sales are final. Please note that I do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an item has shipped.
